Our Story

Founded with passion

A reconnection in Portugal between Lea, a South African–Belgian national, and Afonso, a Santa Cruz local, sparked the creation of Sun Catchers Campervans. Their first campervan adventure happened during a trip through Croatia, where they instantly fell in love with the freedom of the open road and the beauty of chasing sunsets.

Today, they combine solar-powered interiors that reduce their carbon footprint, thoughtfully tailored campervans to suit different needs, and genuinely great customer service with direct, friendly contact with the co-founders themselves.
